1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of s1sequential.com and purchases from S1 Sequential Pty Ltd, ABN 66 607 055 809 (“S1 Sequential”, “we”, “us”). We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your use of the website after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the change.
2. Orders, cancellation and returns
No refunds or exchanges are provided for change of mind or incorrect selection. Every order is fulfilled exactly as placed; please ask any questions before ordering. An order may be cancelled only with our written consent and on the condition that the buyer indemnifies S1 Sequential against any loss resulting from the cancellation. Goods made to order cannot be returned for credit. Where a return is agreed, the buyer must obtain authorisation before sending goods and is liable for return freight. Products returned under an approved warranty claim do not attract any fees. See the Refund, Return and Repairs Policy.
3. Intended use of products
S1 Sequential products are designed for motorsport and highly modified vehicles. Use on public roads may not be legal in your state or country; it is the purchaser’s responsibility to determine the suitability and legality of a product for their vehicle. We have no way of knowing the specifics of every vehicle. Installation and use require a reasonable understanding of mechanical components.
If a component is stuck or will not fit, do not force it. If a product makes an unexpected noise or does not feel right, stop using it, investigate and contact us. Any set-up advice we provide is a suggestion for further investigation, not an engineered solution. Products perform the functions listed as features; no other function should be assumed.
4. Delivery
Items are usually dispatched within 3 days of ordering unless otherwise stated. During sale periods order volumes are much higher and dispatch may take up to 2 weeks. See Shipping Information.
5. Prices and taxes
Prices on this website exclude GST; 10% GST is added to orders delivered to an Australian address. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees and other charges imposed by their local authorities.
6. Warranty
A 1-year warranty applies to the original purchaser. See the Product Warranty.
7. Intellectual property
All content and materials on this website are protected by copyright, trade marks, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights. Except as expressly authorised by S1 Sequential, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from such materials or content. Reproduction or redistribution of any materials or design elements on this website for commercial purposes is prohibited without the express written permission of S1 Sequential.
8. Website use
If you are provided with a password to access this website, it is for your personal use only and you are responsible for its security. This website may link to other sites that are not under the control of S1 Sequential; we are not responsible for the content of such sites and the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Any information you submit through this website must be owned by you, must not infringe the rights of a third party and must not be unlawful. We keep the information you submit private and do not share it except as set out in our Privacy Policy.

All materials, information, software, products and services included in or available through this website are provided “as is” and “as available”. S1 Sequential does not warrant that the content is accurate, reliable or error-free, that the website will be available at any particular time, that defects will be corrected, or that the content is free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of this website is at your own risk.

These terms, together with the policies linked above, constitute the entire agreement between you and S1 Sequential with respect to this website and supersede all prior communications. If any part of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the original intention as nearly as possible and the remaining parts will remain in full force.
