Dispatch

Products marked In stock are dispatched within 3 days of payment. During sale periods order volumes are significantly higher and dispatch may take up to 2 weeks. For products marked Out of stock we do not take orders; subscribe to product updates or contact us to be notified when stock returns.

Carrier and tracking

All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia via DHL Express, chosen for its speed and delivery reliability worldwide. Tracking details are provided when your order is dispatched.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated by product size and destination and is displayed at checkout before payment.

Duties, taxes and customs

Prices on this website exclude GST; 10% GST is added to orders delivered within Australia. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, tariffs and local fees charged by the destination country. We declare the full value of goods on all shipping documents and do not under-declare.

Damaged in transit

Inspect your order on arrival. If goods arrive damaged, contact us through the contact form as soon as possible with photographs. See the Refund, Return and Repairs Policy.
