We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection we are here to assist but we can not be out of pocket when simply asking us questions before purchasing would have prevented the issue.

Damaged goods

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and supply photographs as much information as you have of the damage, the more information you supply the quicker we can correct the issue and prevent it happening again. We will in most cases ship only the damaged parts for the customer to fit as this saves every one including the customer time and money however in some cases we may need the product returned for inspection and or course if the customer chooses goods can be returned to us for fitment of replacement parts.


If agreed on refunds will normally be processed within 3 days.

Delivery Charges

If the problem is our fault we pay the postage, if it is your fault you pay the postage. We cant get fairer than that

Returns and Repairs

If a return is agreed on goods must be returned within a reasonable time the definition of reasonable will vary with the exact nature of the claim however the first and most important step is that you make us aware of the problem as soon you you become aware of it please do not hesitate to contact us even if you suspect there an issue as your feed back will help us and we may have a solution for you.

Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. We try and hold spare parts and complete stock at all times however there could be situations where we need to get new parts manufactured to correctly fix an issue this could lead to longer wait times this will be discussed with the customer at the time.

You may be required to pay  freight fees where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident however we will never charge for our time assessing a product regardless on what we find to be the cause of the problem.
